TK Tables reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the site after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.

3. Products and Services

TK Tables offers made-to-order outdoor furniture crafted from native Australian timber. All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. While we strive to provide accurate information, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, or error-free.

4. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance by TK Tables. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to the availability of products, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or if we suspect that the order was placed fraudulently.

5. Payments

Payments for in-stock items must be made in full at the time of purchase using the methods listed on our site.

For made-to-order items, a formal quote will be provided. 60% deposit of the quote is invoiced and required before work begins. Once the order is completed, a final invoice is issued before delivery. All payments are processed securely, and we take steps to protect your financial information. Payment for delivery is due and added to the final invoice and may or may not be included within the quotation.

6. Delivery

Deliver methods are taylored to each customer’s needs or requirements such as site access, costs, and installation. TK Tables Solid Outdoor furniture reprsentative will assist in choosing the right method and estimation if requested. Delivery times may vary based on product availability and your location. We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, but we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, TK Tables does not accept returns unless the product is defective. Natural timber imperfection, warping, bowing, discolouration or cracking are not classed as a defect In such cases, and is considered the as the rustic natural benefits of purchasing all items form TK Tables. Please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for any advice about concerns.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, text, graphics, and images, are the intellectual property of TK Tables. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of this site without prior written consent from TK Tables.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TK Tables will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the site or our products.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia and any State there within. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Victoria.
