All of our products are designed for the dismantling during shipping and to minimise the weight when aassembling. This makes it easy for 2 people to place heavy tables or a bench seat in the exact location without the use of expensive cranes or machinery.

Palletising & Flatpack Courier
INTERSTATE DELIVERIES
Palletising and flat packing are available for interstate deliveries. At our factory, we assemble the furniture fully before dismantling, labeling, and packing it onto a pallet. Our third-party carrier will then collect the goods and deliver them to the specified address in pallet form. TK Tables provides installation instructions, and our Customer Care Team is available via phone 24/7 for any advice or procedures. We are here to assist you.

Have your own facilities maintanance team or builder assemble your TK Outdoor Furniture for your organisation. Our customer care Team are happy to work with your team. If you dont have a facilities maintanance team, the TK trained technitions are more than happy to complete the onsite intallation.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is it easy to assemble the furniture when flat-packed?
TK Tables always assemble your outdoor furniture in the factory to ensure quality control and perfect fitment. We then semi-dismantle and label each piece so that anyone can put it together. Just remember, products are handcrafted from a natural, non-uniform material, so all pieces must go into the same position as the marking provided. Depending on the weight of the products, 2 people may be required to assemble, and the use of a small amount of handtools. Instructions provided, and helpline services only a phonecall away.
How do I get a delivery price?
Once you choose your TK items and chat with us about your tailored delivery method you require, we will then send you an official quotation that includes the delivery price.
When am I notified of delivery time?
Once your outdoor furniture is completed, a member of the TK Tables Customer Care Team will call you to arrange a suitable time of delivery. We keep our customers in the loop until your furniture has arrived safely at your home. If a third party carrier is delivering the furniture, they will call you prior to delivery.
How is the delivery price calculated?
TK Tables Customer Care Team Delivery: Charge an estimated time on hourly rate that includes installation time if required.
Furniture removalists: Charge by volume and destination location.
Third Party Couriers: charge by weight and volume combined.
Are the products insured during delivery?
Rest assured your TK Tables investment is insured for damaage during delivery to ensure peace of mind for our customers.
