A garden favourite it the simple sleeper  garden bench or wooden bench seat.  We make these in hardwood only as the treated pine benches tend to twist over time. Using a full thickness sleeper makes the garden bench look rustic and authentic. The sleeper being a natural timber can blend into any garden setting and provide a real rustic furniture look..

Full thickness sleepers are such a popular wanted feature that we have multiple designs to choose from. If you want a garden bench to fully blend into the surroundings then the choice of using recycled railway sleeper is a must. Their deformed edges, spike holes and defects are all natural. If however you prefer a cleaner looking wooden bench seat then the new ironbark garden sleepers may provide the best option.

All designs can be either free standing or anchored into the ground for added stability. All our designs use a steel dowel to join the legs to the bench so that there are no exposed screws on the surface.
